Meet Our Finalists:

Managing Partner, Amy has been named a finalist for Marketing Influencer of the Year. This recognition celebrates her forward thinking approach and the meaningful contribution she continues to make across our business and the wider sector. Her ability to connect people, purpose, and progress embodies thoughtful leadership in financial services.

After returning from maternity leave, our Operations Director Tor has been recognised as a finalist for Most Inspiring Returner. Her resilience, leadership, and impact on our business makes her a standout example of what it means to lead with purpose and determination.

Our talented Marketing Executive Liv has been shortlisted for Rising Star (Non-Advice). Her creativity, drive, and fresh perspective are helping shape a more inclusive and engaging future for financial services and her passion for the industry continues to inspire those around her.

These awards are not about comparing genders, but about recognising talent and helping to inspire the next generation of women to thrive in financial services. They also spotlight those who are championing gender balance and supporting others to fulfil their potential, regardless of background or circumstance.
