There are events you organise and events you experience. Golf Day 2026 was firmly the latter

We welcomed business owners, partners, friends, supporters, and some very special guests to JCB Golf and Country Club for a day that was about far more than golf. It was about bringing people together, strengthening relationships, and raising funds for a cause that makes a real difference.

As the final putts dropped and the auction came to a close, one thing was clear. When our community comes together, incredible things happen.

The People Who Made the Day

We were delighted to welcome all of our valued guests to this year’s event.

It was a pleasure to be joined by former England international Danny Mills. Watching him on the fairway alongside our guests, laughing, competing, and throwing himself into the spirit of the day, was one of those moments that make an event feel truly memorable. It’s one thing to have a guest of his calibre attend. It’s another to have him out there with everyone, fully part of it.

We were also joined by golfer Eloise Feely and Louis Jean of Club Face UK, whose energy, warmth, and support added so much to the occasion. Their enthusiasm reflected exactly what the day is all about, bringing people together to support something bigger than themselves.

A Fantastic Day on and off the Course

Set against the stunning backdrop of JCB Golf and Country Club and incredible weather, the course was in excellent condition and provided the perfect setting for some fierce competition (in the best way possible).

Our professional photographer was on hand to capture it all, and the images speak for themselves.

The generosity shown throughout the auction and raffle was truly a highlight in itself. We will be announcing the final fundraising total very soon, but we can already say that everyone involved should be immensely proud of what was achieved.

Every round played, every raffle ticket purchased, and every successful auction bid helped make a genuine difference. That is what Golf Day is all about.

We can’t wait to see the grand total we raised for such an incredible cause… Watch this space!
