We recently had the pleasure of hosting our second Women’s Wealth Workshop with our partners at Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, proudly led by NTWRK Director, Amy Johnson and Associate Planner, Hannah Warner.

Throughout the workshop, we explored why financial advice matters and the barriers that can sometimes prevent women from seeking it. The discussion also focused on what financial empowerment really means. For us, it’s not simply about money. It is about giving people the confidence, knowledge and support to make decisions that align with their goals, values and ambitions. Financial planning is about creating opportunities, protecting what matters and helping people feel in control of their future.

We also shared more about who IronMarket are, what we stand for and our commitment to making financial advice more approachable. We’re passionate about breaking down complexity, challenging outdated perceptions and building lasting connections that help our members navigate every stage of life with confidence.
